In this photo is Fred Browning, owner of Top O' Hill Terrace, and his beloved dog standing next to the 18 by 50 foot swimming pool, a rarity for the time.   It boasted three diving boards, including one for high dives. Fred moved some prominent boxers to Top O’ Hill to train. He built them a mini gym and sparring ring. After a workout, the boxers would swim laps in the pool.
